    Oak Hill Blend

    We started giving out samples of our original hard cider, Oak Hill Blend, under a tent at the farm during apple harvest in the fall of 2017, and customers loved it! Using apple varieties grown in our Oak Hill Road orchard, this hard cider is authentically apple forward and semi-sweet.

    Cider Barn Select

    Early on, our hard cider customers started asking for a less sweet option, so we came up with this one! Cider Barn Select isn't like most "farm ciders." We use a specially selected Belgian yeast when fermenting this year-round cider to make it refreshingly dry and thirst quenching, with a surprisingly clean and soft appley finish.

    Each year, we’re grateful for the Jamaican guest workers who return to our farm and help bring the harvest to life. This cider is a nod to them—infused with ginger juice and raw demerara sugar, ingredients inspired by their culture, and crafted as a warming winter expression of our fermented hard apple cider.

    Carlson Orchards 100% Natural Premium Blend is made from only the freshest apples available. While the method for pressing apples has been around for centuries, modern processing technology ensures the freshest, real apple taste. This apple cider is naturally sweet with no added sugar.     Carlson Orchards has been growing Honeycrisp apples since 2001. One of the most popular apples to eat, the Honeycrisp apple is tart, sweet and exceptionally juicy which makes it great for pressing into cider. For this varietal cider, we strictly use these mature Honeycrisp apples, no other apples are in the mix. Since we only use Honeycrisp, drinking this cider will guarantee that delicious, crisp taste.

    Gala apples have become the most grown and consumed apples across the USA. They are a descendent of Cox’s Orange Pippin, Kidd’s Orange Red and both Red and Golden Delicious which make them sweet and crunchy. Much like our Honeycrisp Apple Cider, we only use Gala apples in this varietal sweet cider to deliver that real Gala apple taste.
